About Me
Sport has always been a constant thread in my life. Growing up, I was involved in just about everything, athletics, soccer, tennis, swimming, karate. Each one teaching me something unique about training, movement, and competition. Those early experiences shaped the way I see training today: not just as exercise, but as a lifelong skill that builds confidence, community, and character.
That passion led me to study Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, where I learned how to start connecting the art and science of coaching. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of environments from sporting teams and clinics to rehab settings and general population. Every role reinforced how powerful training can be, whether it’s helping an athlete get back on the field or showing someone what they’re truly capable of for the first time.
My “why” in coaching is simple: it’s mandatory to exercise, but it’s essential to train. Exercise keeps you healthy and training gives you purpose. It’s the difference between just moving and moving forward.
As I step into this next chapter, continuing to grow both online and in-person, I’m excited to keep refining my craft. Coaching in-person has always been where I feel most at home. Connecting with people, reading the room, and helping them find that switch that turns effort into progress.
This next phase is about bringing everything I’ve learned together, bridging performance, health, personal development and continuing to evolve as both a coach and an athlete myself.
